Course I:
  • Data Mining for Identification and Prediction of Operation Processes of Complex Technical Systems - Methods, Algorithms, Procedures and Applications.

  • Przetwarzanie danych w celu identyfikacji oraz predykcji procesów eksploatacji złożonych systemów technicznych - Metody, Algorytmy, Procedury i Zastosowania.


    Content of the course I:
  • Theoretical backgrounds (1 hour): mathematical model of the system operation process and its basic parameters and characteristics;
  •  
  • Methodology of defining parameters of the system operation process (1 hour);
  • Procedure and range of data collection (1 hour);
  • Algorithms of evaluating the unknown parameters of the system operation process (1 hour);
  •  
  • Algorithms of identifying distributions of the conditional sojourn time of the system operation process in the particular operation states for typical distributions (1 hour);
  •  
  • Prediction of basic characteristics of the system operations process (1 hour);
  • Description of the way of application of the computer program allowing for automatic use of the above methods, algorithms and procedures (1 hour);
  •  
  • Application of the above methods, algorithms, procedures and computer program for identification and prediction of the operations processes of real complex technical systems (3 hours).

Course II:
  • Data Mining for Identification and Prediction of Reliability and Availability of Complex Technical Systems - Methods, Algorithms, Procedures and Applications.

  • Przetwarzanie danych w celu identyfikacji oraz predykcji niezawodności i gotowości złożonych systemów technicznych - Metody, Algorytmy, Procedury i Zastosowania.



    Content of the course II:
  • Theoretical backgrounds (2 hours);
  • Methodology of defining parameters of the system and components conditional and unconditional multi-state reliability (or safety) functions (1 hour): mathematical models of reliability, availability and safety of complex technical systems in variable operation conditions;

  • Procedure and range of data collection (1 hour);
  • Algorithms of evaluating the unknown system component conditional intensities of departures from the reliability states subset (1 hour);
  •  
  • Algorithm of identifying the system component conditional multi-state exponential reliability function (1 hour);
  •  
  • Prediction of basic characteristics of the system reliability, availability and safety (1 hour);
  • Description of the way of application of the computer program allowing for automatic use of the above methods, algorithms and procedures;
  •  
  • Application of the above methods, algorithms, procedures and computer program for identification and prediction of the reliability, availability and safety of real complex technical systems operating in variable conditions (3 hours).
